At MG&Co., we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
